Your Event Center

At Lancaster Event Center, we live for creating wonderful memories. When you walk through our doors you're entering a space built for you. A place where you're bound to find good times around every corner.

Beyond being the home of the annual Lancaster County Super Fair, we also host many other events during the year. Receptions, trade shows, concerts, equine shows—you name it and we've likely provided the space, catering and more for it.

Join us for our next great event, or contact us to host your own.

Come let the good times grow!

Lancaster Event Center is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to sharing the great agriculture of Lancaster County and contributing greatly to the county's youth, culture and economy.

The Lancaster Event Center is managed by the Lancaster County Ag Society, a separate county-level political subdivision created under Nebraska law 148 years ago to promote agriculture. Today, our Ag Society focuses on local youth programs that engage over 700 4-Hers/FFA’ers and over 2000 schoolchildren annually at 60 youth ag events.

The Ag Society opened the LEC in 2001 to be home of the Lancaster County Fair as its needs outgrew borrowed buildings on the former State Fairgrounds. Over its 17 years, LEC has grown to be a nationally-recognized multi-use event center with over 320 events bringing 500,000 visitors who stay over 1.2 million visitor days for regional/national events like the #2 Farm Show, #2 Tractor Pull, and two of top 10 Quarter Horse shows in the USA, while providing affordable space to over 200 local groups annually. Recently, the LEC was chosen to host the National High School Finals Rodeo in July 2020 & 2021 bringing over $16 million of economic impact each year.
