Exhibits Open to Public: Thursday Aug 1 to Sunday, August 4th, 10am-9pm daily. (Closes at 8pm Sunday)
Entry Fees: None if pre-entered by July 25th.
Late Entry Fee: Late entries will be accepted; however, a $1 late fee will be charged for each exhibit entered after July 25th.

Nebraska or Husker Themed Quilt - Entered in any class.

Modern Quilt - Entered in any category.

Recycled Quilts - Made of reclaimed materials, including clothing such as jeans, t-shirts, shirts, neckties etc. Entered in any category.

Special Occasion Quilt - Bed, Lap or Throw Quilt made to remember an event or events that hold memories.
⭐️ The Best in County Quilt Award winner qualifies to be entered into the Nebraska State Fair. The Quilt Superintendent will provide the winner with instructions and forms needed to enter the exhibit in the NE State Fair.
PREMIUM PAYOUTS & RELEASE TIMES
Open Static premium payouts will be available Sunday, August 4, 8:30–10 p.m. and Monday, August 5, 11 a.m.–2 p.m. in the Ag Society Hall, including Open Quilts.
IMPORTANT: Get payouts first, then pick up your exhibit(s) during this time. All Open Static exhibits can be picked up in Ag Society Hall except Open Quilts will be in the Lancaster Room.

Open Quilts premiums will be available in the Lancaster Room if exhibitor has no other Open Static exhibits entered under same name in the Ag Society Hall.

4-H’ers may pick up their Open Static premiums and exhibits during Open Static move-out times listed above OR during 4-H Static exhibit release on Monday, Aug. 5, 7–11 a.m. in the Ag Society Hall — your choice.
- All Open Static premiums not picked up at above specified times will be forfeited and any Open Static exhibits not picked up will be thrown away or donated.
SHOW RULES

A quilt is made of 3 layers, top, batting and back.
-
Quilting must be seen on the back to be judged for a ribbon.
-
Miniature Quilts must be appropriate in pattern and size and not larger than 24" on any side.

Wall Art Quilts/Non-Functional Quilts must be appropriate size to be hung and not intended to be for a bed.

Not all quilts will be hung or hung fully open.

The public is not allowed to touch exhibits.
-
"White Glove" volunteers will be on hand to oversee the exhibits and assist the public in enjoying the displays.

Due care will be exercised in handling each exhibit, but the Lancaster County Agriculture Society, Inc. will not be responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen.

Please use discretion when entering delicate items.

All Quilt exhibits must be completed within the last 2 years and not previously entered in the Lancaster County Fair.

You may enter ONLY ONE EXHIBIT IN EACH CLASS. Enter carefully.

Note: One person quilt means all work is done by one person.

Multiple person quilts means work is done by 2 or more persons.

During registration give credit to all persons involved in the creation of your entry by listing their names on the entry tag back.

Ribbon placing is based on merit at the Judge's discretion.

The Superintendent reserves the right to combine classes for judging.

The quilt must merit a ribbon to receive a ribbon

Not all ribbons may be awarded.

Entries that are dirty or covered with animal hair will be disqualified.
