Accessibility at the
Super Fair

At the Lancaster County Super Fair, we believe everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy Nebraska’s best fair experiences. We are committed to making our fairgrounds more accessible, inclusive, and welcoming for all guests.

As part of our ongoing modernization and renovations, we are ensuring that our facilities comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Our improvements aim to provide:

✔️ Accessible pathways, seating, and restrooms
✔️ Improved parking and drop-off areas
✔️ Enhanced signage and navigation for all guests
✔️ Supportive services for a more inclusive experience

Our team is dedicated to creating a fairground that truly welcomes all. If you have any questions or need assistance during your visit, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to help!

ADA/Accessible Parking

ADA/Accessible parking is available on a first come, first served basis. Proper decals and/or license
plates must been displayed.

During the Super Fair Lot J is reserved for ADA/accessible parking. Enter from Gate 1. This lot is closest for most events.

For South Hall, AuctionTime Grandstand Arena and equine events, use Gate 3 to find parking near event doors in lots B, D and E.

Our parking attendants will be happy to guide you to one of these designated areas.

On-Ground Transportation

Courtesy Carts:

We have free golf cart shuttle service available to/from each parking lot including ADA Lot J. If you don’t see a shuttle nearby, please ask a parking attendant or any other team member to call you a ride.

Big thank you to our volunteer golf cart drivers from Lincoln Amatuer Radio Club!

Note: Personal golf carts are not allowed on the Fairgrounds.

Buildings, Seating & Restrooms

Ramps, street-level entrances and observation ramps make most buildings and facilities accessible to those using mobility aids.

Restrooms:

In the past year, all of our indoor restrooms have been fully renovated with modern upgrades while continuing to meet ADA standards, including accessible stalls. There are also many accessible portable restrooms throughout the fairground’s outdoor spaces.

AuctionTime Grandstand Arena Seating:

ADA/accessible seating is available. Please select those designated areas when purchasing tickets online or at the ticket booth.

Mobility Aids & Service Animals

Mobility Aids:

Manual or electrically driven (at a walking pace) OPDMDs are permitted to be used in all areas so long as these devices are:

  • Must have 3 or 4 wheels. Segways and scooters are not allowed
  • Designed by the manufacturer for single rider use only
  • Occupied by only one rider while in operation
  • They should not be pulling or towing any trailer-like object

OPDMD’s are any mobility device powered by batteries, fuel, or other engines that is used by individuals with mobility disabilities for the purpose of locomotion.

Service Animals:

Service animals are allowed on grounds and in buildings as long as they meet the ADA’s service animal classification for animals specifically trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities.

IMPORTANT: No pets are allowed in buildings or in carnival areas. Dogs entered in approved shows are permitted in designated areas.
