The Great American Ribfest is firing up at the Lancaster County Super Fair, August 6-9, 2025. This 4-day festival brings award-winning barbecue from across the country and Nebraska, including mouth watering ribs, brisket, pulled pork, and more. Enjoy live music, cold beer, cooking demonstrations, and vendor booths featuring sauces, rubs, and BBQ essentials.
