Think your cinnamon rolls are the best around? Put them to the test at the Lancaster County Super Fair’s Cinnamon Roll Contest! Whether you’re a master baker or just love a good homemade roll, this is your chance to show off your skills and maybe even take home a prize.

Cinnamon Roll Contest
Cinnamon Contest Rules
1. Cinnamon rolls will be received from 10:00a.m. – 11:30a.m. No rolls will be accepted after 11:30a.m. Judging starts at 12:00 /NOON
2. Display the four cinnamon rolls on a very sturdy square cardboard wrapped with white paper. The base cannot exceed the rolls by more than 2” on any side.
3. Only four rolls must be baked in an 8×8 or 9×9 square pan and remain attached. Rolls cannot be hand selected from other pans.
4. Frosted rolls may be frosted on the top only. DO NOT frost the sides. Participants may enter in only one category (sticky/caramel or plain/frosted) Participants must not be employed at a commercial baking establishment.
5. Judging will be based on: flavor – 50%; texture – 20%; appearance – 20%; and aroma – 10%.
6. First, the judge(s) will choose their top four finalists from each category. From the top entries, first, second and third places and the overall Grand Champion determined. These exhibitors will be awarded premiums and ribbons.
